Answer, learn from the mistakes and never elect another Bush or Uribe.

Damn...you are really grasping tasco.

Reagan and Bush years = economic downturn. Clinton = economic rebound. 8 Bush years = economic crisis.

The hole is so deep and the obstacles so great that any President would be challenged to find a ladder tall enough to climb out; however, McCain is not packing a ladder, he is packing a shovel. With him in the driver seat we'd end up in China.

In what world do you live?

I admit that any president will be challenged. I guess a challenge for you means failure. A defeatist, huh, tasco? What I am certain of is that McCain policies, even with national security, would equal failure. In fact, General Petraeus has even came out publicly and said that the surge would not work in Afghanistan...poor McCain, everyone is going against him. True Republicans are mad that he is slinging mud and they are begging him to talk about policies (yet his policies, his new bailout proposal especially, do not please them). And then the extremists are telling him to ignore policy talk and focus on racism and terrorism. The party is a mess and McCain is not the man to pull it together.

This thread is about North American lefties. Oh yeah I forgot, I have to start a thread about the new Messiah for you to talk about Obama...

A thread about a Canadian lefty has nothing to do with Obama. The only thing they have in common is the fact that they are on the same continent.

The Messiah? I am pretty sure that the Messiah wears a dress, barks like a dog, and receives guidance from a witch-hunting pastor.
