ANOTHER post meant to be in OFF TOPIC which when edited went back to friendly talk zone and expired,. Peter please fix this and mod, please move this where it belongs.

I have complained severaql times that whwn off topic posts are edited they go to friendly talk zone, and top of the hour STILL turns off the edit timer!
