Cheap Flights to Lima From Vegas

Hi,
Just wondered if any one knew of any secret ways to get to Lima this summer? Everything I can find is going for about $1000 usds. Pretty outrageous considering that I could find the exact same fair for $500 back in June. Any help would be great.

definetly use the booking sites like expedia or priceline people forget that travel agencies do serve a purpose too. Other than that another good resource can be eBay people sell airline credits for a lot less than they're worth so you might be able to get say 500$ credit with Avianca for 300$
