hi I got the bus yesterday bogota to Colombia,its called EP express palmira from the terminal, it costs one way 35 mil but at xmas about 5 mil more. it took me 10 hours to get back to Armenia (12.30 am) so if you dont know anyone here its not very wise at that time of night, unless u are with someone the coach is fine toilet dvd and speaker music, but the roads are something else, a lot of traffic and everyone trying to overtake even on the bends. the bus has a 30 min stop along the way for something to eat if you want.flights are crazy I paid for a single armenia to bogota 233,683.00 mil I could not get any of the 95 mil flights they offer on the web site but when you add on the taxes, so much the same thing. armenia has 2 airlines to bogota avancia, and easy fly, try access as well not sure if they go to Bogota, there are no late flights to Armenia.and I have used this airport for over 5 years now and many times you dont get your luggage till the next day, as you board the plane you will see everyones cases on the runway, the first year I saw my case still on the runway as we took off, if you see your say something before you board they used to deliver to your address if that happens, now I think you have to go and collect it, you need to ask.It was fine the last two times.depends if you have a lot of bags, it happened to a lot of people I know so dont be surprised if it happens to you.there is talk of another airlines starting up soon, not sure when. take care and hope you make the right choice if its to save money then bus it,not sure how far the bus is from the airport in Bogota or if you and connect by bus if not then a taxi.
