Maria Rocha Inmobiliaria is a real estate agency in Bogota that I recommend everyone avoid at all costs. They both sell and rent properties and are reknowned for screwing people up and down. I have a very good Colombia friend who's been trying to get his military libretta now for over a year with no luck. He's from a poor family (strata 2 or 3) and has been living on his own in Bogota now for nearly 3 years without any support from them. So technically he's financially independent.
