Why aren't Las Rolas included in the ongoing Caleñas vs. Paisas debate?

Discussions comparing/contrasting the girls of Cali and Medellin clearly outnumber those about girls who hail from Bogota. Why is this so? What about Las Rolas?

Las Rolas are not all seeking gringos All women no matter where they are from are OK with me, I had a long term relationship with a girl from Medellin, we remain friends. She is totally different to my wife who is from Bogota. Incidentally my ex introduced me to my wife, how's that for a good friend! I think debating the merits of girls from this town or that town is pointless, find a nice gal and hang on to her when you get her. I've been happily married for over 10 years.

I agree with previous post, but truth be told, the rolas in general are simply not as good looking as the women from Cali and Medellin. It's not meant as an insult, and I don't think it's a big surprise to anyone who's been around Colombia because it's just a fact that jumps out at you! And even when you see some gorgeous girl in a university, mall or disco, 9 out of 10 times they will not be originally from Bogota. There are obviously some notable exceptions, but physically speaking there is no comparison to what you see in Cali, Medellin and the inbetween area(Coffee Region).

On the other hand, I have to say that in Bogota it's easier to find women with whom you can have intellectual conversation, they tend to be more cosmopolitan and open minded as well.

I would have to agree with you, Litost. Still, there are a lot of attractive women in Bogota but it's nothing like Medellin.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.

Transit visa Hi, has any colombian tried to get a transit visa? or does anyone here know an experience of one?
I am thinking about the possibility of asking for a transit visa to go to France. It would be cheaper for me, since I have a friend who is an american pilot and can help me get cheaper tickets to go to France, but before I have to stop in the US...any comments?
Thanks for your help...

Las Rolas is not a place, Hallgeir. Las Rolas are the ladies who hail from Bogota.
