Who's going to vote in the USA elections in Colombia?

Since my vote was never counted in elections past, I am not going to vote. Remember the Florida tie between Gore and Bush. They threw away the expat and military vote. It is never counted. So, who out there is going to go vote in abstentia?

I was counted in the first Bush election, didn't register for Bush 2004 but I did register ( I Hope ) for this one. I was in the dispiuted area of Florida, and still am officially.

I'm gonna vote. I think the media, especially CNN is scrutinizing every detail to make sure each vote is counted. I have my absentee ballot in front of me. The only thing to do now is mail it. Any recommendations on how? I'm living in northern Bogota. I read the vote can count if it is received up to 5 days after the election.
