P.S. I gave the morcilla to my neighbor because I won't touch the stuff. I leaned over to take a look when it was being devoured -- it contained rice, peas and who knows what else. I'm glad somebody likes it.

oh LORD, tinto, let's not get off on another morsilla post...i remember one of those some years back. like you, i can't even stand the IDEA of the stuff. i follow biblical guidance on that stuff...'don't eat the blood, the blood is the life....' or something along those lines.

when i was living in switzerland they would eat it near once a week....yich. and with the family in colombia, it's all i can do to stay at the table......
