Only thru Comcel and Movistar
The Iphone has been in Colombia but only unlocked from AT&T in order to work with Colombian providers.
Apple did sign a contract at the beginnig which gave exclusivity to AT&T. Apple claims that for each unlocke IPhone they loost a lot of money, that is one of the reasons they are now launching it in different countries and with different operators.
The new phone 3G is suppose to be cheap but as usual tied up to plan.
