All week long It runs all week and pretty late at night. Because of the restaurant up there (San Ysidro) I think it's open until at least 10 (going up) and they transport people down even later.

funicular I think the funicular only goes in the mornings now, the teleferico runs all day and into the evening fairly regularly, when a car has a good load of passengers they will set off.

Plan on eating at the Casa San Isidro Teleferico runs all day and, I think, until about midnight. Cost between 4/000 CPs. Try and go just befor sunset and make a reservation to eat at Casa San Isidro (closed Sunday). Great seafood and white-glove service. Quite romantic with the fireplace and the baby grand being played in the backrouund. Try the lobster with squid and shrimp. Plan to leave before the last trip by the teleferico. Some people recommend hiking to the top but not me.
