Manta Cundinamarca un retazo de cielo en el Valle de tenza

Next monday is a holiday in Colombia, so towns do prepare festivities and amenities for tourists. A place I would like to visit is Manta in Cundinamarca next to Boyaca and near Somondoco where Bill lives.

This weekend is the festival gastronómico de "La Arepa y la Gallina", there is a contest of which village do prepare the best Sancocho or gallina.
