Mahjong game in Colombia

Here's a request out of the blue. Can anyone tell me where I can find a mahjong game here in Colombia, preferably in Medellin? It is for a good friend of mine. The tiles don't have to be supernice, plastic will do. Thak you.

do it yourself mahjongg I found beautiful original Chinese(?) mahjongg artwork on the web some years ago. You could download them, resize them, and print them on label paper, so they can be stuck on the back of dominos. Clear coat or stick clear tape or laminating foil over the labels to make them long-lasting.
