Free (almost) Calls - Comcel

If anyone has a comcel phone and there is someone you call a lot, you can save a lot of phone minutes by electing them as a special friend. It costs 12,000 pesos and you get 5 minutes free when you call them for a year - you can call under 5 minutes 50 times a day and you wont be charged.

To get the service you send a text message to 745 with in the wording v space then the number.

I think Tigo etc have something similar.
