Barranquilla-Avianca via Miami I think now the only option for direct from the States..or use Copa via Panama City which is connected with Continental and Aero Republica...

I paid $580 Canadian (including all taxes and conversion) for my flight in September on Spirit. Detroit - Ft Lauderdale - Cartagena. The closest I could find to that was a couple hundred dollars more.
