Colombian Night Clubs In L.A.

Anyone know of any colombian type clubs (music) in southern california?

The clubs that advertise in the monthly free paper "El Colombiano" aren't very genuine. They mostly play obscure salsa music for students of dance classes. They NEVER play a vallenato and hardly if ever any cumbia.

Oddly enough, the clubs are advertised as "colombian" night clubs, but most of the people who go there are central americans or mexicans who end up listening to "La Sonora Dinamita" and think this is the bomb. I've never heard a Rikarena or even Jorge Celedon song.

Hardly any colombians go to this clubs as the music is not even close to what you would dance to in places like "plaza las americas" or "juanchito."

i know there is one that i went one time i dont know the name of it but it is by the toys r us in los feliz blvb if that helps i was there around two years ago and had a great time mostly colombianos
