Ciudad Perdida

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask if any of you has been to Ciudad Perdida, and how did that go? , where can you find the guides that take oyu there and how much do you have to pay? Is it the threk 6 days 3 each way?

(By te way, Yes I know about the backpackers last year)
