Bogota Apartments

Hello,

I am looking for a furnished 1-2 bedroom apartment to rent in a very safe area. I do not speak great Spanish and will be in Bogota for 6-8 weeks. I am hoping for somthing around $50/per night on the northern part of Bogota.

Thank you

Fran

That is great, that you will be in Bogota. You will certainly enjoy it. When are you coming ? We do have a special for the month of September. Does it have to be an apartment ? or are you just looking for a room ? Depending on the time you will be arriving, we might have a 1 bedroom apartment, and at the same time, we might also have a bedroom available for you to rent for your budget. We are also at the north part of Bogota, in one of the most desirable neighborhoods.

Anyways, if there is anything else, don't hesitate to send me an email.

Hi Freddy,

My husband and I are in the process of adopting. We will probably still be waiting a long time but I am trying to get prepared.
I know we need at least a 1 bedroom since we will have a baby with us. Also, my mom and dad may come to visit while we are there so we would need space for them as well.

How far is your apartment from the ICBF?

Thank you!

I may have access to a time share for part of our visit.

The Windsor House
&
4 Points Sheraton

Has anyone ever stayed at either of these?

Congratulations on the adoption.

If you can tell me, the address of ICBF, then I can tell you, how far it is from the apartments. But, I still don't know, when you are coming to Bogota. Like I indicated, depending on the time frame, our apartments, might put our apartments over your budget.

Never stayed at the 4 points Sheraton in Bogota or The Windsor House. The Sheraton is closer to the airport and the Windsor House is on Calle 95 con 9, if I am not mistaken. The latter one is in the north of Bogota.

Freddy

Hi Fran!!

My name is Carolina Matamoros, I see that you are coming for adoption, congratulations, I know that can take a long time and is important for you to save some money, I can offer you different apartments in the north area 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms, we have more than 7 apartments but you will have to let us know the exact dates of your visit here. If you go to a hotel, the prices are way too expensive. With us you will receive a full furnitured apartament, with full living room, dining room, full kitchen and all the pans that you will need. Also a watcher, and like I said you have to let me know if you need 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms!! In a hotel they will charge you for each person with us, same price for 2 persons!!

I can send you some pictures, the price is USD$65 per night, includes, cleaning service everyother day, wireless internet, unlimited local phone calls, and if you want to call USA I can lease you a device to call unlimited to the USA, only for USD$30 per week (7 days) the days you need it.

Let me know what you think!!

CAROLINA MATAMOROS

This is Carolina, I lived in USA for 7 years, I used to work in a marriage agency in Bogota helping guys from all over the world. Now I offer translations, I can be your touristic guide in Bogota and I can find you a nice apartment. Offer references.

Thank you!!

Carolina, I just sent you a message. We would most likely be interested in a 1 bedroom. With adoption, we will not know our travel dates until 2 weeks before we leave. It could be in 6 months or it could be 18 months. I realize that availability and prices will vary on the time of year.

Also, the ICBF is located on Avenida 68 No.64C - 75 Bogotá, Colombia.

I will send you the information, the ICBF is not that close, but with the main avenues it does not matter, taxis are used here everywhere and are not that expensive, besides that area is not nice for apartments or hotels.

Thank you. The more I am researching, the more I know where I would like to stay.
It looks like the Zona Rosa is very nice. Since we will not have a car, it would be great to be near the Adino Mall and Parque 93. I wonder if there is a place to stay that is walking distance?
