Apartments, bikes and Español

Just wondering if by any chance anyone knows of any furnished apartments for rent in Bogota? Am looking for somewhere for a few months, perhaps in Chapinero Alto area.
Also looking to buy a bike if anyone has one to sell.....
Oh, two more things....
Sorry if this has been asked a million times before but can anyone reccommend a place for good quality Spanish classes in the late afternoon or evening? And finally does anyone have the name of a good optician in Bogota?
