Hi there. Does anyone know if ATM's in Bogota commonly bear the American Express logo? I know PLUS & CIRRUS are common. I lived there in 98/99 but had no need for American Express at the time...
Anyways, if someone could help me out with this I would appreciate it. Basically, I am planning a trip in August and I will be bringing a Cirrus Debit card that I know will work, but I want to bring an American Express TravelFund card for emergencies. If I can't use it, I'll probably get Traveler's Checks instead...
