A very good colombian girl

http://delmaira.blogspot.com/2007/06/blog-post.html

Unlike Mr. Monpirri El Quijote of PBH visualizing wars creating false "Molinos de Viento" to fight against.

Kudos to Delmaira and El Indio Romulo who has been an artist for 50 years and who thur poems critizices and get you thinking about the hard life of farmers and Indios.

Listen to Indio Romulo his points of view in Politics, Violence, Inocence.

Nice post webmanco. This also reminded me of the abuelos poem when my dad used to recite whenever he had a few aguardientes. Back in the day it was annoying but now that I'm older I appreciate it even more. I don't like the Indio Rómulo's version though but we had a set of tapes with some cachaco guy reading it. It's a lot longer than the version you find on the internet and it's very detailed, it's amazing how it takes you right where "the abuelos" live.

For people who live in the coasts cachacos are people who live inside the country (interior), for example people live in Medellín & Bogotá. But for people who live in the interior cachacos are people from Bogotá.

Is that clear as mud? =)
