Bogota Airport Tax

Hi all. this is my first post, but certainly not my lat as I'll be in Columbia for 11 weeks starting Jan. 27, '05.
#1 Is there a steep airport tax? My itinerary lists 8,200 yen (I'm in Tokyo), which is roughly 75 USD.

#2 A few days ago a happened upon an excellent and very active forum for Cartagena but I forgot to bookmark it and can't for the life of me find it now. Any ideas?

Not as much Since you are staying 11 weeks you are not entitled to the excemption of part of the tax, so you should pay the full ammount which is 47 USD.

OK I'll pay. I'm going to take a quick trip up to Nicaragua for business during that time but I won't have any proof of that till after I arrive because I'm going to buy that ticket in Columbia. Thanks for the additional info. BTW, at what length of stey does one lose the exemption? Muchas gracias , muy amable
